ParagonMeds is a nationally licensed pharmaceutical distributor that supports healthcare providers across the United States and Puerto Rico. The company is hiring a full-time, in-person Strategic Purchasing Analyst in Weston, Florida to strengthen purchasing and supply chain operations.

This position centers on inventory planning, purchasing analysis, supplier coordination, and inventory improvement efforts. The goal is to keep products available while managing stock efficiently and avoiding excess inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Review inventory positions, demand patterns, supplier lead times, and purchasing information to guide procurement and stock decisions.
• Work with inventory planning tools and reorder point processes to assess purchase recommendations and decide on next inventory actions.
• Spot possible stock risks early and share practical concerns, suggested actions, and solutions with the team.
• Carry out reorder point studies and propose changes based on sales movement, supplier timelines, and inventory targets.
• Track purchasing results and prepare reports that highlight savings opportunities and ways to improve operations.
• Help manage suppliers through vendor coordination, performance monitoring, and resolution of issues.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Compliance, and Leadership teams to support broader business goals.
• Contribute to new product review and sourcing work when required.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment is important.
• Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail are needed.

Schedule and location

This is an on-site role based in Weston, FL. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Compensation and benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000.
