Job OverviewGeek+ is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to join our team in Germany. This role is pivotal in recruiting, nurturing, and managing strategic integration and reseller partners. The primary objective is to drive partner-led revenue growth, broaden market reach, and ensure effective channel execution in line with company goals. The ideal candidate possesses strong commercial insight, experience in selling complex solutions, and a demonstrated ability to cultivate revenue-generating partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partner Development: Identify, assess, and onboard high-potential integration and reseller partners to support long-term regional expansion. Develop and implement a roadmap for partner ecosystem growth across key markets and industries. Cultivate executive-level relationships within partner organizations to foster strategic alignment. Design partnership structures that outline mutual benefits, commercial terms, and market positioning.
- Co-Innovation & Joint Solution Strategy: Lead initiatives with strategic partners to create unique, market-leading solutions. Collaborate with Product, Solutions, and Engineering teams to refine joint offerings and value propositions. Establish joint go-to-market plans that leverage the partnership as a competitive differentiator in target sectors. Align roadmaps to ensure partner capabilities align with Geek+'s product and technology strategy.
- Market Expansion & Revenue Acceleration: Spearhead partner-led market entry strategies to extend regional presence and penetrate new verticals. Influence partner investment to boost joint pipeline generation and revenue. Support significant strategic opportunities where ecosystem collaboration improves the likelihood of success.
- Partnership Governance & Executive Alignment: Implement strategic governance frameworks and regular executive engagement to ensure sustained partnership success. Conduct quarterly reviews focused on innovation, growth prospects, and competitive standing. Evaluate overall ecosystem performance and adjust the partner portfolio for maximum long-term impact.
- A minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in channel management, partner management, or indirect B2B sales.
- A proven history of successfully recruiting and scaling channel partners that generate revenue.
- Experience working with system integrators or solution partners in the technology, robotics, automation, or industrial sectors.
- A solid understanding of complex solution sales processes.
- Demonstrated success in driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Experience in creating joint business plans and managing performance metrics.
- Proficiency in commercial negotiation and contract management.
- Exceptional executive communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence without direct authority.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and forecasting abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Background in warehouse automation, robotics, supply chain, or industrial automation.
- Experience managing multi-regional channel ecosystems.
- Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools.
