Role Overview
As a Consultant, you will contribute to the creation and delivery of storytelling programmes by developing content, preparing materials, and supporting client engagements. Working closely with senior consultants and engagement leads, you will help produce high-quality presentations, toolkits, and workshop supports while gaining expertise in our unique methods and consulting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing programme elements such as presentations, leadership guides, and communication assets.
- Create polished PowerPoint slides and client documents adhering to brand and style standards.
- Support development of storytelling content and narratives under guidance.
- Manage workshop, leadership session, and event logistics and preparation.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform programme designs and content.
- Prepare internal and client documentation including summaries, agendas, and backing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Maintain organized version control for all programme files.
- Contribute to proposal, pitch, and account development material creation.
- Learn and apply The Storytellers' methodologies and tools across projects.
- Assist with commercial tasks, client contracts, and project KPI tracking using MMX management tools.
- Utilize AI technologies to accelerate research and content creation, enhancing output quality.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Enthusiastic about strategic narratives and storytelling in corporate environments;
- Proficient in developing engaging, well-structured presentations using PowerPoint;
- Strong written communication, meticulous attention to detail;
