Job description
Overview
Join a well-established machinery business in Andergrove, Queensland as a Storeperson supporting the parts and warehousing function. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this position focuses on keeping the flow of parts moving efficiently for both internal teams and external customers.
What you’ll be doing
You will play a hands-on role across warehouse and logistics activities, helping ensure parts are received, stored, counted, prepared, and dispatched accurately. The role suits someone who enjoys a busy environment and takes pride in delivering reliable service.
- Support the supply of original equipment manufacturer-level parts to internal and external customers.
- Handle day-to-day warehouse and logistics tasks for the parts department.
- Receive inbound deliveries and process them correctly.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for dispatch.
- Keep dispatch logs and maintain records for incoming and outgoing documentation.
- Assist with stock coordination and cyclic stock counts.

Requirements
- Prior experience in stores or warehouse operations, ideally in a parts-based environment or a similar industry.
- Practical experience receiving inbound freight and preparing outbound orders.
- Ability to maintain accurate dispatch, receiving, and shipment documentation.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
- Strong self-drive with a customer-focused approach and commitment to excellent service.
- High attention to detail and sound time management skills.
- Current forklift licence.
- RF scanning experience is preferred.
