Role Overview

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the branch’s warehousing and supply chain activities. The role includes day-to-day stock control, receipting, kitting, dispatch preparation and supporting execution teams with the parts they need.

The position is a Monday to Friday role.

Key Duties

• Handle requisitions, confirm orders and process goods received.
• Carry out stock counts, manage inventory organisation and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Prepare and stage parts kits for execution teams.
• Manually move stock, including items that require heavy lifting.
• Operate a forklift and load or unload trucks.

The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, work well in a team and stay organised and driven in a warehousing environment. This role suits someone who is dependable, safety-focused and capable of working under pressure.

Applicants should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and demonstrate a reliable, punctual and hardworking approach.

Requirements

• Strong focus on workplace health and safety.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Storeperson.
• Tertiary qualifications in warehousing are preferred.
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.
• Current forklift licence and driver licence.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment with good time management.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual and committed to a strong work ethic.
