Role Overview
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the branch’s warehousing and supply chain activities. The role includes day-to-day stock control, receipting, kitting, dispatch preparation and supporting execution teams with the parts they need.
The position is a Monday to Friday role.
Key Duties
- Handle requisitions, confirm orders and process goods received.
- Carry out stock counts, manage inventory organisation and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Prepare and stage parts kits for execution teams.
- Manually move stock, including items that require heavy lifting.
- Operate a forklift and load or unload trucks.

Requirements
- Strong focus on workplace health and safety.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Storeperson.
- Tertiary qualifications in warehousing are preferred.
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.
- Current forklift licence and driver licence.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment with good time management.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual and committed to a strong work ethic.
