Job description
Job Summary
Mobco Group is hiring an experienced Storekeeper for its project team in Khobar. This role is best suited to someone who has worked with construction-site warehouses, inventory tracking, and material handling in contracting environments. The position focuses on making sure materials are received, stored, issued, and documented accurately so project work can continue without disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept incoming materials, tools, and equipment, then check and log them properly.
- Release construction materials only against approved requisitions.
- Keep stock records accurate and maintain up-to-date balance quantities.
- Track inventory levels and work with Procurement to restock items when needed.
- Store, label, and protect materials correctly to avoid damage or loss.
- Carry out regular physical stock checks and reconcile variances.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory and material movement.
- Work closely with Site Engineers, Procurement, and Logistics teams on material needs.
- Ensure all receipts, issues, transfers, and returns are fully documented.
- Follow company procedures for warehouse and inventory control.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety rules.
- Escalate any damaged, outdated, or slow-moving stock to management.
- Assist with both internal and external stock audits.
Qualifications
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is preferred. The company is looking for someone with 5 to 10 years of storekeeping experience, especially in construction or contracting businesses. Experience in construction site warehouses and inventory handling is also important. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with inventory systems are required.
Mandatory Requirements

- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Hands-on experience with construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Comfortable using computers and inventory management software.

Additional Information
The role is based onsite in Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. It is a full-time position.
