Store Supervisor

Role Overview

The Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, manpower allocation, and ensuring accurate control of inward and outward stocks for both physical and system records. This role involves managing logistics activities, coordinating warehouse operations, and supervising dispatch processes across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control and manpower planning while maintaining accurate records of inward and outward stock movements in both physical registers and computerized systems.
• Coordinate dispatch activities, including vehicle arrangement, staff direction, and supervising warehouse operations.
• Handle logistics operations by overseeing stock inward and outward processes at the warehouse.
• Independently manage FMCG, giftware, and personal care product segments.
• Maintain all necessary documentation and registers, such as inward, outward, and damage reports.
• Ensure timely and proper dispatch of materials from the store.
• Guarantee availability of FMCG, fresh vegetables, and fruits for online customers.
• Manage last-mile delivery operations, including handling delivery riders.

Additional Details

Salary ranges from 25,000 to 28,000 INR monthly.
