Role overview

Xiaomi Technology is hiring store staff in Abu Dhabi to support in-store sales, customer assistance, and day-to-day retail operations. The role focuses on delivering a polished customer experience, driving sales results, and ensuring the store runs smoothly according to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally, understand what they need, and suggest products or services that fit their requirements.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while handling after-sales questions and concerns.
• Attend to customers daily as needed and work toward individual sales targets set by the company.
• Manage routine store activities, including product presentation, restocking, cleaning, cashier tasks, stock checks, and shift-based duties.
• Support merchandise handling by checking incoming goods, arranging displays, monitoring product quality, and maintaining service standards.

Requirements

• A college degree or higher is required.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience, or more, in the digital products industry.
• Strong interest in consumer electronics and the ability to quickly learn new products and their features.
• A genuine interest in sales and customer service, with a proactive approach to selling and assisting customers.
• Practical, dependable, eager to learn, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Good command of English is necessary; additional language skills are an advantage.
