About the Role
NORMAL is an energetic Danish retail brand that launched its first shop in April 2013 and has since expanded to around 1,000 stores across 10 markets. The company is now growing in Ireland and is opening a new store in Sligo, where it is seeking a Store Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day performance of the location.
This opportunity is suited to someone who wants to help build something new in the Irish market while working in an open, respectful, and collaborative environment. The role combines people leadership, commercial ownership, and store execution.
What the Role Involves
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an excellent shopping experience, driving the store’s commercial results, and developing a motivated and engaged team.
- Hire and assemble a strong store team.
- Put customer experience first so visitors feel welcome and want to return.
- Coach, support, and inspire employees in a positive and open workplace.
- Maintain high standards across the store with a focus on sales and profitability.
- Build attractive, sales-focused product displays.
- Work toward and surpass store budget goals.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is an experienced retail leader who can bring out the best in people and create a store where both staff and customers can succeed. You should have a strong commercial mindset, be comfortable working with budgets and KPIs, and be ready to take ownership in a fast-moving environment.
You should also be able to lead with energy and a positive presence, turning plans into practical action and helping shape a retail concept that is still new to Ireland.
