Role overview
Pandora is looking for a hands-on, target-oriented store manager to lead the Newbridge location. This position suits someone who enjoys driving retail performance, guiding a team to exceed goals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience every day. The store manager acts as the face of the brand and is accountable for the shop’s commercial results.
The role is based in Newbridge, County Kildare, Ireland, and is a full-time position working 39 hours per week.
This opportunity comes with a highly competitive salary, a monthly bonus of 10% when sales targets are met, with the chance to earn 20% for stretching beyond target, plus a generous employee discount, an annual jewellery uniform allowance, and other strong benefits.
Salary range: €41,800 to €50,000.
What you will do
- Lead and encourage the store team each day so they can meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators, while setting the standard for outstanding Pandora service.
- Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, coach the team, and ensure that behind-the-scenes processes support smooth and effective trading.
- Build product knowledge through training on Pandora’s handcrafted luxury range and, with support from the regional sales manager, help develop team members and prepare them for future growth.
- Manage the assistant manager, supervisors, and sales assistants, supporting them in creating memorable experiences for customers.
- Use data, store performance trends, and business priorities to identify issues and turn opportunities into action.
- Translate the company’s wider strategy into clear store-level execution and results.
