Position Overview
Stradivarius is hiring a Store Manager for its Centro location in Oberhausen, North Rhine-Westphalia. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role for someone who can turn the store into an energetic, inspiring place where customers feel engaged every day.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be the central force behind the store’s daily performance. You will lead the team with clarity and motivation, set priorities, and focus on increasing sales and productivity while ensuring every collection is presented visibly and effectively on the shop floor.
The role calls for a leader who understands that a successful store is built by motivating, challenging, and developing people. You will work with figures, customer behavior, and market trends, then act quickly and purposefully to strengthen the team and move the store forward.
With your leadership and vision, the store should become a place where fashion feels alive and enthusiasm is clearly felt by both customers and the team.
