Key responsibilities
- Lead the store team with support from the deputy store manager
- Take responsibility for the store’s appearance, ordering process, execution of presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
- Handle people management, including preparing shift schedules and supporting employee development
- Recruit and help build a strong store team
- Work closely with regional management to review results and discuss store development
Candidate profile
- Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management role
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills to motivate the team and develop employees through feedback
- Availability for 40 hours per week, five days a week, including regular weekends and evening shifts
- Willingness to complete an eight-week training period in one of the company’s trainer stores in Germany
