Role overview

This position is for a Store Manager in Weimar, Thuringia, working 40 hours per week on site. The role sits with a fast-growing European retail business that launches around 150 new products every week and offers broad scope for career growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the store team with support from the deputy store manager
  • Take responsibility for the store’s appearance, ordering process, execution of presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
  • Handle people management, including preparing shift schedules and supporting employee development
  • Recruit and help build a strong store team
  • Work closely with regional management to review results and discuss store development

Candidate profile

  • Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management role
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills to motivate the team and develop employees through feedback
  • Availability for 40 hours per week, five days a week, including regular weekends and evening shifts
  • Willingness to complete an eight-week training period in one of the company’s trainer stores in Germany
  • Alignment with the company’s values: teamwork, discipline, cost awareness, simplicity, respect, and customer focus
