Role overview
Dealz is looking for a Store Manager Designate to guide a store team, lift performance, and keep standards and customer service consistently strong. You will play a central role in a busy retail setting, balancing people leadership with day-to-day commercial and operational responsibility.
What you will do
In this position, you will take ownership of store results, support sales growth, work toward targets, and help the business run efficiently. The role involves leading and developing colleagues, managing store operations, handling stock control, and shaping a positive customer experience.
You will also be expected to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues. Following company procedures, setting the right example, and building a supportive team culture are key parts of the job.
