About the Role
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead the team at our Cuba Mall location in Wellington City. In this position, you will take ownership of the store’s performance, working closely with the retail leadership team to improve results, develop people, and help strengthen the brand across Australia and New Zealand.

What the Role Involves
- Take full accountability for store outcomes and run the business with an owner’s mindset.
- Lift sales results, customer experience, and value-add performance across the whole store.
- Coach, support, and develop team members through active on-floor leadership.
- Guide a diverse team and create an energetic, high-performance culture.
- Review weekly business performance, celebrate wins, and identify areas to improve.
- Manage daily store operations, including task prioritisation and delegation.
- Maintain strong standards in wage control, shrink management, visual merchandising, stock accuracy, and presentation.
- Follow all people safety policies and procedures to help maintain a safe workplace.
- Build customer connections on the shop floor and educate shoppers about the product range.
What We’re Looking For
- Background as a Store Manager or an experienced Assistant Manager/Supervisor with a proven record of lifting sales and team performance.
- Ability to work independently and make sound in-store decisions that support commercial outcomes.
- A development-focused mindset and interest in growing into flagship or senior leadership positions.
- Confidence in coaching others and building a motivated, engaged team.
- Strong capability in visual merchandising, stock management, and store standards.
