Role Overview

This full-time, permanent position is based in Hagen at Am Paulshof 32–34, 58119, and is assigned Job ID 962199. What You Will Do

  • Take overall responsibility for the professional, disciplinary, and organizational leadership of the store, while actively contributing to daily success.
  • Support the team with guidance and hands-on help, lead by example, and prepare staffing schedules in line with company requirements.
  • Ensure the store remains well organized and inspire customers through the freshness and quality of the products.
  • Keep a close watch on business figures and manage or monitor turnover, inventory, and personnel costs.

What We Are Looking For

  • A completed vocational qualification in retail is required; relevant experience is preferred.
  • Career changers with leadership experience, for example from hospitality or gastronomy, are also welcome.
  • You should be customer-oriented, committed, and highly dependable.
  • A hands-on working style and flexibility are important so you can work closely with your team.
  • You need the ability to lead people, motivate them, and build enthusiasm for their tasks.
