Role overview
For stores in Stolberg and Eschweiler, PENNY Germany is looking for a full-time, permanent market/store manager. The position is based in the 52222, 52223, and 52224 Stolberg (Rheinland) areas as well as 52249 Eschweiler, with job ID 962022.

What you will do
- Lead the store both professionally and operationally, taking responsibility for day-to-day management as well as hands-on support whenever needed.
- Guide and support your team, act as a role model, and prepare staffing schedules in line with company requirements.
- Keep the store well organized and deliver an attractive customer experience through the quality and freshness of the products.
- Monitor key business figures continuously and manage turnover, stocktaking, and personnel costs.
What we are looking for
- A completed vocational qualification in retail is expected; relevant professional experience is preferred. Candidates from other fields, such as hospitality or gastronomy, are also welcome if they already have leadership experience.
- You should be service-oriented, committed, and responsible.
- A hands-on attitude and flexibility are important so you can work effectively with your team.
- You should be able to lead people, motivate them, and inspire them to perform their tasks well.
