Job description

Role overview

This is a permanent, full-time store leadership role based at the H&M Blanchardstown location in Dublin. The position requires 39 working hours per week and full flexibility across 7 days, including weekends.

What you will do

In this role, you will take ownership of the complete customer journey in the store and ensure that visual presentation and commercial execution meet high standards while staying aligned with global direction and local needs. You will lead in a way that reflects the company’s values and helps deliver strong business results.

  • Guide the store team to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Review sales performance, define targets, and put plans in place to improve results, profitability, and stock management.
  • Track the store’s strengths and development areas while staying aware of the local market, competitors, and customer expectations.
  • Hire, welcome, and support team members, building an inclusive and collaborative environment that encourages growth and fresh ideas.
  • Act as a positive representative of both yourself and the brand in every customer interaction.

Who you will work with

You will be part of a lively store environment alongside Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, and Visual Merchandisers. Together, you will create an inspiring space for customers and colleagues. You will also work closely with the area team, support office, and other business functions to improve store performance and contribute to wider business success.
