Role Overview

JB Hi-Fi is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to guide a supportive retail team. This role calls for someone who can develop people, keep the team focused on performance, and maintain consistently high standards of customer service.

The position also requires strong retail leadership capability, a solid grasp of store operations, and the motivation to drive and outperform sales targets.

As the business operates seven days a week in most locations, flexibility around working hours is important.
