Job Overview and Key Duties

As a Store Manager, you will be fully accountable for all activities within the store during your assigned shift. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing daily store functions to ensure seamless workflow and managing staffing by preparing weekly rosters to efficiently allocate manpower.

You will be in charge of inventory processes including monitoring stock levels, managing replenishments, and ensuring product availability. Maintaining high standards of store hygiene, appearance, and presentation is essential, alongside delivering exceptional customer service and promptly addressing any customer issues.

Engagement with customers to foster a positive shopping experience is critical. You will also supervise team performance, enforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and handle operational tasks such as shift opening and closing, cash management, and reporting. Upholding service quality, product integrity, and operational discipline will be key parts of your role.
