Role overview
This opening is for a future area manager role and is intended for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position. It is a full-time salaried job that covers every part of store operations. The pay range for this role is $52,000 to $75,000 per year.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store and everything that happens within it, including people, operations, sales, and profit. The role also includes maintaining safety standards, training staff, and building a strong team culture. You are expected to lead by example and make sure company policies and procedures are followed consistently by you and your crew.
Qualifications
