Store Assistant

Role Overview

The Store Assistant will support everyday warehouse and store activities for the production department. This role focuses on keeping stock records accurate, handling materials safely, coordinating dispatches, and maintaining the supporting documentation needed for smooth operations in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

The position involves receiving and organizing incoming supplies, keeping inventory records updated, and checking stock regularly to identify shortages, damage, or surplus items. It also includes preparing goods for dispatch, helping with loading and unloading, verifying shipment paperwork, issuing materials to production on time, and tracking the movement and usage of signage components and related materials.

In addition, the Store Assistant will be expected to maintain GRN entries, update inward and outward stock logs, work with Excel or inventory software, prepare routine stock reports, and ensure the store remains tidy, orderly, and compliant with safety practices.
