About the Product & Stocks Team

The Product and Stocks function manages stock activity linked to fuel products. Accurate valuation and reconciliation of product is essential, and this role plays an important part in keeping those figures correct.

About the Role

Z is looking for a capable and detail-focused person to support the team during a period of extended leave. This is a fixed-term position starting as soon as possible and ending on 12 February 2027.

If you like working with numbers, reconciliations, and finding the cause of mismatches, this could be a strong fit.

Key Duties

• Check daily delivery figures against terminal loading records to confirm they match.
• Investigate and work through differences in volumes.
• Accurately file and maintain delivery paperwork and records.
• Complete month-end terminal stock reconciliations so physical and system stock align.
• Supply delivery information to internal and external stakeholders when requested.
• Track, investigate, and report terminal stock differences.
• Work with MOVE Haulier, the Customer Supply Team, terminals, and the Customer Team to fix delivery-related issues.

What You Need

• Background in a finance-related role or experience working with data.
• Strong capability in spotting errors, solving problems, and analysing information.
• Very accurate data entry skills.
• Good working knowledge of computer tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in stock reconciliation and inventory handling.
• Ability to deliver quality work on schedule.
• Strong customer service approach.
• Willingness and ability to commit to a fixed-term arrangement.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is between $67,400 and $77,000 per year, along with a 5% employer KiwiSaver contribution.
