Shift Details

The position is for the B Shift, operating from 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM, Monday through Friday, at our London, Ontario manufacturing facility.

Position Overview

This role entails working within a manufacturing setting with responsibilities that include:

• Coordinating and maintaining packaging materials supply for retail and production lines
• Organizing finished products in warehouse or shipping locations
• Using SAP software for completing schedules and processing transactions
• Operating forklifts safely
• Ensuring allergen cleaning standards are upheld
• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures in the workplace

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or an equivalent qualification
• Successful completion of basic qualification testing
• Physical capability to perform tasks including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Willingness to work overtime in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail along with strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience with powered industrial trucks is advantageous
• Ability to complete training for McCormick forklift certification
• Familiarity with SAP software considered a plus

Compensation Details

The base wage is $21.23 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential for the 2nd shift. Final salary offers are based on location, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. Eligibility for participation in McCormick’s Dividend Program is included.
