About the Role
Join Aldi in Edenderry, County Offaly, as a Stock Assistant and be a vital part of our store's daily operations. In this dynamic role, you will ensure the smooth running of the store from the moment deliveries arrive to the time customers leave. You'll be responsible for receiving goods, meticulously stocking shelves, and providing excellent customer service to create a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and efficient service to all customers.
- Promptly replenish shelves, ensuring products are displayed attractively and effectively.
- Inspect incoming deliveries, verifying product quality and removing any items that do not meet Aldi's high standards.
Skills & Experience
- Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor, eager to assist both customers and colleagues.
- Comfortable with the physical demands of restocking shelves at a brisk pace to maintain optimal product availability.
- Demonstrate reliability and flexibility, with a proactive, can-do attitude suited to a fast-moving retail setting.
- Previous retail experience is advantageous but not a prerequisite; a positive attitude is paramount.
