Role Description

The position of STEM Trainer at Teckybot is a full-time, on-site role stationed in Vijayawada. The trainer will design and conduct dynamic training sessions covering areas of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics targeted at students and early-career professionals. The responsibilities include creating curricula and lesson plans, developing experiential learning activities and projects, and tailoring teaching approaches to various levels of learners. The role also entails monitoring trainee progress, delivering constructive feedback, and maintaining precise training documentation.

Collaboration with internal teams and academic partners is essential to ensure training content reflects current industry trends. The trainer will additionally contribute to organizing hackathons, workshops, and ongoing enhancement of the training programs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong foundation in STEM subjects with the ability to instruct fundamental programming, engineering basics, and applied science.
• Experience in designing curricula, planning lessons, and crafting interactive, project-centered educational resources suitable for diverse audiences.
• Proficient classroom management and facilitation capabilities, with talent for simplifying complex technical topics for clear understanding.
• Skilled in leveraging digital education tools such as Learning Management Systems, presentation software, and collaboration platforms to enhance learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities conducive to teamwork with students, educators, and industry collaborators.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields like Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent; possession of teaching or training certifications is favorable.
• Prior experience as a STEM educator, trainer, or instructor in technical or corporate learning environments is desirable.
• Willingness to work on location in Vijayawada, including availability to support additional events and workshops.
