Job description

About roadsurfer

roadsurfer is a fast-growing outdoor and campervan mobility company in Europe. Alongside its rental, subscription, and sales offerings, the company also operates a platform for discovering and booking unique camping spots. The mindset is simple: rent a camper, set off on an adventure, and enjoy the ride.

Your Role

As a Station Allrounder, you help keep the campervan station running smoothly and ensure the vehicles are ready for the next trip.

  • You support the upkeep and general care of campervans, handling everything from small tasks to preparing vehicles for upcoming rentals.
  • You carry out basic repairs and checks so the fleet stays in safe, road-ready condition.
  • You record damage and completed work carefully to keep documentation accurate and up to date.
  • You make sure damage is noticed and reported properly by the team, so nothing is missed.
  • You look for practical ways to balance repair work and booking activity, helping operations continue without interruption.

What You Bring

  • Willingness to get hands-on and keep things in order; practical aptitude is enough.
  • A dependable, well-organized way of working.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and clear communication.
  • Flexibility and a solution-focused mindset, especially during busy periods.
  • Driving licence class B.

Why roadsurfer

You can expect a friendly environment with open communication, flat hierarchies, plenty of fun, and a strong team spirit. Regular team activities may include sports sessions, barbecue evenings, or simply after-work drinks at your station.

You also receive an annual camper free-rental allowance so you can experience the #happyroadsurfing lifestyle yourself.

Additional benefits include access to the corporate benefits platform, the Travel Industry Card, and discounts for family and friends.

Learning and development are an important part of the company culture. Through Station Life Camps and training sessions, you can connect with colleagues from around the world and strengthen your skills in areas such as vehicle knowledge and customer service, supported by learning and training experts.

Compensation

The annual gross salary for this role falls between EUR 32,400 and EUR 34,800. Salary levels are reviewed at least once a year during the annual feedback discussion, and the exact level is aligned with your experience and skills.
