Role overview

This position focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring dental professionals and support staff for a growing multi-state organization. The role is centered on full-cycle recruiting, relationship building, and creating a positive experience for candidates while helping the business meet its staffing and expansion goals.

What you will do

  • Handle recruitment from start to finish for both clinical and administrative roles across several states.
  • Identify talent through job boards, social platforms, referrals, professional networking, and industry connections.
  • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to determine fit.
  • Arrange interviews and keep communication flowing between candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with practice leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring plans.
  • Make sure hiring activity follows employment laws, credentialing standards, and internal policies.
  • Track recruiting data, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports and documentation.
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.

Experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally within healthcare or dental settings. Experience hiring for healthcare positions is a plus. Familiarity with ATS and HRIS tools is important, along with strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. The role also requires the ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities across locations, and travel when needed to support multi-state recruitment.

The role is based at 1800 W Loop South, Suite 2000, Houston, TX 77027.

Pay transparency

The posted base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per year.
