Mission
The role focuses on making Morpho the leading platform for vault products in DeFi by managing the entire Vaults vertical—from user applications to protocol layers—and developing strategic partnerships with vault providers.

Location
Paris or remote (with time-zone overlap from -5 to +2 GMT to coordinate with the team).
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the product roadmap for Morpho Vaults, enhancing ease of use and increasing vault deposit volumes.
- Develop and manage the overall vault strategy in close coordination with engineering, partnerships, legal, and go-to-market teams to ensure top-tier product delivery.
- Establish and maintain a customer research initiative engaging trading desks, institutional investors, curators, and depositors to deeply understand user needs and guide internal decision-making.
- Create and implement strategies to foster partnerships with external vault providers, increasing shared opportunities and mutually beneficial growth.
- Collaborate with the protocol team to set goals and identify research priorities for advancing the vault protocol.
- Address regulatory and legal challenges relating to vault products by working with legal teams to guide product and technical choices.
Success Milestones
- Within the first month: Gain in-depth knowledge of the vault ecosystem including key stakeholders and opportunities.
- Within three months: Deliver initial roadmap outcomes that drive vault deposit growth, solidify partner relationships, implement a robust customer research program, and contribute to protocol development strategy.
Required Experience & Skills
- At least 5 years of product management experience with a proven history of delivering impactful products.
- Strong background in finance and/or crypto, including experience with traditional finance or hands-on crypto/DeFi product development.
- Capability to work across the full product stack, from user experience design to underlying protocol architecture.
- Experience navigating legal and regulatory complexities inherent in financial products.
- Ability to thrive in fast-evolving, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent asynchronous communication skills.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and high autonomy.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with humility and low ego.
