You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support residents in a way that protects dignity, encourages independence, improves wellbeing, and enhances quality of life. The role suits someone who is motivated by making a real difference and who values continuous improvement and service excellence.
About the organisation
Bridhaven Nursing Home is a modern, purpose-built care home based in Mallow, County Cork. It is registered with HIQA and has space for 184 residents. The home is supported by a team of nearly 200 staff members who work in a respectful, compassionate, and collaborative environment. The organisation is an equal opportunities employer and aims to create a workplace where both residents and employees can thrive.
Key duties

The role comes with a wide range of benefits, including staff support services, induction, training, development opportunities, and recognition initiatives. Additional support includes schemes for commuting, education, savings, wellbeing, and maternity leave.
Working environment and values
The employer places strong emphasis on teamwork, a homely atmosphere, flexible working practices, and opportunities for learning and progression. Resident care is central to everything the team does, and the CARA values shape how care is delivered every day.
