Job description
Role Overview
The Staff Foreman is responsible for the end-to-end management of limestone supply operations, ensuring excavation, transport, and crushing activities are conducted efficiently to meet the plant's demands for quality and quantity.
Mine Development Responsibilities
Oversee excavation and surface mining operations aimed at creating faces and blocks, along with developing and maintaining haul roads and benches in line with the Mine Plan and complying with all statutory requirements.
Productivity and Cost Optimization
Continuously monitor mining operations and crushing processes, taking necessary corrective measures to enhance productivity and optimize mining costs.
Overburden Management
Manage and coordinate the removal of soil covering the mine surface as per the mining plan, preparing the area for drilling and blasting activities.
