Role Overview
This position is for a senior call center leader in a large BPO environment focused on US accounting and IT services. The role centers on guiding telesales operations, driving sales performance, and improving campaign effectiveness.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a telesales team to deliver business results.
- Own sales outcomes across inbound and outbound calling activities.
- Develop and apply cross-sell and upsell approaches to improve revenue.
- Work on lead maximization and better conversion of available opportunities.
- Make effective use of dialer-based strategies to support campaign productivity.
Experience and Background Needed
- At least 10 years of experience managing outbound campaigns in sales or collections.
- Prior experience handling teams of 100 or more members.
- Background in outbound telesales team management.
- Experience in a large BPO or telesales setup.
