Spoken English Trainer

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Spoken English Trainer to assist students and professionals in enhancing their English communication abilities. The role involves facilitating engaging training sessions aimed at improving speaking, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and building overall confidence.

Key Duties

• Deliver Spoken English training sessions tailored for students and working professionals.
• Enhance trainees' communication skills, pronunciation accuracy, fluency, and self-assurance in English.
• Create and implement interactive lesson plans and activities to foster learning.
• Evaluate participants’ language proficiency levels and monitor their progress over time.
• Offer constructive criticism and customized guidance to learners.
• Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, presentations, and public speaking exercises.
• Prepare and organize training materials, worksheets, and assessments to support instruction.
• Keep detailed attendance records and produce reports on learners’ progression.
• Encourage and motivate learners to meet their language and communication objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related fields is expected.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in training Spoken English or communication skills is favored.
• Proficient presentation skills and effective classroom management abilities.
• Knowledge of contemporary teaching techniques and familiarity with digital learning tools is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with neutral, clear English pronunciation.
• Ability to engage varied age groups positively with mentoring and organizational skills.

Employment Details

The position can be offered as full-time or part-time depending on client requirements. Salary will be competitive and based on experience and prevailing industry standards.
