Job description
About the role
Peninsula Plus is inviting Speech Pathologists at every stage of their career to join a growing, neuro-affirming allied health practice on the Mornington Peninsula. The team is focused on creating a workplace where clinicians feel supported, appreciated, and motivated to do meaningful work every day.
What sets this practice apart
New starters are supported from day one with a dedicated mentor, live feedback, and a development plan aligned to personal goals rather than a standard template. The team also offers structured coaching, opportunities to shadow others, and a culture that actively encourages professional growth.
The workplace is described as collaborative, warm, and community-oriented. Colleagues are encouraged to work closely together, share ideas, and celebrate one another’s progress. It is intended to be more than just a clinic environment, with a strong sense of belonging across the team.
Flexibility is a major part of the role. The practice allows clinicians to choose their hours and work settings, including clinic-based work, home visits, schools, and community settings. Caseloads are shaped around individual interests, with scope to develop into preferred areas of practice.
The hubs are located in Mornington and Frankston, both on the Peninsula.
Benefits
The role includes an above-award salary with a bonus program, paid travel, and a laptop supplied by the employer. Team members also receive a personalised professional development plan, regular team events, wellbeing support, access to an Employee Value Program, and flexible employment arrangements designed to suit different life stages.
Requirements
Applicants should hold a degree in Speech Pathology and have current SPA registration. A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and driver’s licence are also required. The practice welcomes both new graduates and experienced clinicians, and is looking for someone with enthusiasm for purposeful work and a collaborative approach to learning.
Who should apply
This opportunity is suitable for Speech Pathologists at any experience level, including recent graduates and seasoned therapists, who want to work in a supportive team and contribute to client-focused allied health services.
How to approach this role
The employer encourages interested candidates to get in touch for a confidential conversation if they want to learn more about the team and working life at Peninsula Plus.
