Major Duties
- Conduct investigations into potential violations of federal laws, focusing on cybersecurity and public safety.
- Apply judgment, resourcefulness, and adaptability to meet investigative challenges.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with various law enforcement agencies at federal, state, local, tribal, and international levels.
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness to effectively perform law enforcement duties.
Key Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to obtain a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
- Must meet all FBI Employment Eligibility requirements.
Education Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher from a U.S. accredited college or university is required. A degree in education or a related field is preferred.
- All degrees must be verified by submitting official college transcripts.

Salary Information
The pay range for this position is $103,236.00 to $133,200.00 annually. Salary is determined based on base pay, locality, and availability pay.
