Major Duties

  • Spearhead and conduct investigations into potential violations of federal laws, cybersecurity incidents, and public safety matters.
  • Apply sound judgment, resourcefulness, and adaptability to meet diverse investigative challenges.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust working relationships with law enforcement agencies at federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international levels.
  • Maintain a high level of physical fitness to effectively perform law enforcement duties.

Key Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed.
  • Must satisfy the FBI’s Employment Eligibility criteria.

Education

Candidates are required to possess a bachelor’s degree or higher from a U.S. accredited college or university. A degree in accounting or a related field such as business administration, finance, or forensic accounting is preferred. All degrees must be validated by the submission of official college transcripts.
