Role overview
Robert Half is hiring an experienced Loan Administration Analyst to join a team that supports the day-to-day administration of commercial real estate, shipping, and aviation loan portfolios. In this position, you will contribute to accurate cash handling, transaction processing, and the preparation of important borrower and lender communications. You will work in close partnership with the Asset Management team to help deliver a smooth and professional service to borrowers and lenders.
Key responsibilities
- Add newly originated loans into the internal platform and support drawdown activity while keeping portfolio records accurate and up to date.
- Manage daily cash and position reconciliations, including the creation, approval, and release of payments, and prepare transaction-related reporting.
- Prepare and check financial notices for borrowers and lenders, support audit confirmation requests, and contribute to monthly performance reporting packs.
- Configure online mandate permissions and maintain user access within client account systems for the team.
