About the Role
Leverage your accounting and finance expertise to become a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Major Duties
- Spearhead and execute investigations into potential breaches of federal laws, cybersecurity threats, and public safety concerns.
- Employ critical thinking, adaptability, and resourcefulness to address investigative challenges effectively.
- Cultivate and sustain robust working relationships with law enforcement agencies at federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international levels.
- Maintain a high standard of physical fitness to meet the demands of law enforcement duties.
Key Requirements
- Must be a citizen of the United States.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance.
- Willingness to undertake travel as necessary for assignments.
- Must satisfy all FBI employment eligibility criteria.
Education
A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited U.S. college or university is required. A degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or forensic accounting is preferred. All degrees must be validated through the submission of official college transcripts.
