- Use breathwork, mindfulness prompts, or guided relaxation techniques when suitable to deepen the guest’s sense of calm and awareness.

Operational Standards and Cleanliness
- Set up treatment rooms carefully so they meet the brand’s standards for cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere.
- Keep equipment, linens, and tools in proper condition and follow all hygiene and health procedures; any problems must be escalated promptly to the relevant team.

- Assist with stock control, replenishing supplies, and other day-to-day spa operational needs.
- Work according to the scheduled treatment timetable and coordinate smoothly with fellow spa team members for bookings, room preparation, service flow, and restocking.
Professional Growth and Brand Representation
- Take part in the organization’s training, certifications, and ongoing learning opportunities to strengthen treatment skills.
- Keep up with new developments in spa therapy, wellness methods, and mindful bodywork practices.
- Contribute positively to the team by sharing knowledge, supporting coworkers, and participating in meetings or wellness activities across departments.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and a clear sense of purpose.
- Build strong guest relationships by delivering memorable services and helping support positive satisfaction feedback and reviews.
Revenue Support and Upselling
- Recommend additional spa services, wellness sessions, and retail items that align with guest needs and preferences.
- Work with spa, fitness, and wellness colleagues to promote connected experiences that enhance the guest journey.
