Role overview
The Data & AI Solution Specialist plays a key role in accelerating revenue and creating long-term business value by engaging clients and stakeholders, developing a healthy sales pipeline, studying market movements, and building strategic partnerships. The position supports the growth of StarHub’s Data & AI capabilities and helps deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.
What you will do
- Plan and carry out initiatives to expand the Data & AI pipeline across local and overseas markets, with a focus on revenue growth and customer value.
- Work with partners to shape new products and services that fit market needs and the competitive environment.
- Create and roll out go-to-market plans for Data & AI solutions in close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assess customer needs, present Data & AI offerings, and guide clients on using telco data insights to support business growth.
- Develop and sustain trusted relationships with strategic customers, government bodies, and business partners to enable long-term collaboration.
- Partner with the Enterprise Business Group Sales team to define, scope, and price proposals in order to improve bid success.
- Support the Marketing team in strengthening brand visibility, attracting prospects, and generating demand for Data & AI solutions.
Requirements
- A degree or higher qualification in Business Analytics, Business IT, Computing, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 8 years of successful experience selling analytics solutions, ideally in B2B or enterprise settings.
- Consultative selling experience in data analytics is considered a strong advantage.
- Self-driven, outcome-focused, and committed to creating value.
- Strong commercial judgement with solid analytical ability.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain durable relationships with customers and partners.
