Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Participate as a core agile team member primarily responsible for testing activities.
• Engage collaboratively with team members to guarantee high-quality software delivery standards.
• Promote and instill a quality assurance mindset across agile teams.
• Plan and execute testing strategies in line with project quality guidelines.
• Utilize exploratory testing methods that extend beyond defined acceptance criteria.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites including UI and performance testing.
• Drive enhancements and implementation of test automation frameworks and capabilities.
• Lead bug tracking, resolution, and the prevention process to uphold sustainable software quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrates autonomy, strong teamwork, and a proactive learning attitude with continuous improvement focus.
• Proven experience in Web Application Testing and QA with a commitment to high software quality standards.
• Basic programming skills coupled with experience in automation testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with UI test automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium; or extensive experience in end-to-end test management.
• Good understanding of Scrum/Agile frameworks and the QA role within these methodologies.
• Interest in AI-supported QA/testing techniques, ideally with some practical exposure.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German language skills at B1 level or higher are advantageous.
