About the Role

We are collaborating with a prominent fintech company based in Singapore to recruit several skilled Software Engineers. The role involves contributing to a dynamic team dedicated to building advanced AI-driven banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and sustain a robust platform tailored for AI-powered banking solutions.
• Create clean, scalable, and efficient codebases for cloud-hosted applications.
• Seamlessly integrate software components with both internal and external systems to optimize functionality.
• Utilize AI and machine learning methodologies to embed and enhance AI models for real-time operations.
• Ensure proper implementation of AI algorithms within financial service applications.
• Design and carry out unit, integration, and performance testing to maintain code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered in development, testing, and live environments.
• Contribute to the design and architecture to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing financial systems.
• Engage in code and design reviews, following best industry coding standards and practices.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, researchers, and product managers.

Personal and Professional Requirements

• Must hold a degree in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 4 years of direct software development experience.
• Proficient in Python or C programming languages along with associated frameworks.
• Prior experience in fintech, banking, or financial services sectors is essential.
• Comfortable working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or private cloud infrastructures.
• Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and high attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity or knowledge in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, or machine learning frameworks is highly advantageous.
