Software Engineer

About the role

Resonate AI is hiring software engineers to help build conversational AI products for healthcare, beginning with major dental group customers across the United States. The company’s first product is designed to recover missed calls and convert them into booked appointments more effectively than a human receptionist. A second product focuses on outbound patient recall and re-care, proactively contacting patients to help schedule appointments at a much higher success rate.

The business is already generating seven-figure revenue and is growing at about 30% month over month. The team is looking for engineers who want to work directly with the founder and customers to design, develop, and launch AI agents at scale from the company’s office in the Financial District of San Francisco.

Compensation

Base compensation is listed at $125k-$200k, along with equity in the range of 0.2% to 1%.

What you will do

• Create conversational AI experiences for patients using advanced large language models.
• Build the platform end to end and ship it in close collaboration with customers.
• Handle difficult conversation flows where users may respond in unpredictable ways over voice or text.
