Role Summary
The Social Media Manager will work remotely on a full-time basis, leading the day-to-day management and growth of Digital Media 360’s own social channels as well as client accounts. The role focuses on campaign planning, content creation and scheduling, audience engagement, and performance improvement across major platforms.
This position is closely tied to lead generation goals and requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to keep messaging, content direction, and campaign outcomes aligned. The work also includes monitoring comments and messages, reviewing analytics, refining tactics based on data, and staying updated on platform changes and current best practices.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and run social media campaigns that support brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish content tailored to the needs of different social platforms.
- Improve posts and campaigns for stronger reach, interaction, and overall audience response.
- Track performance data, review insights, and use findings to refine social media strategy.
- Manage online communities by replying to comments, direct messages, and other audience interactions.
- Work with internal teams to ensure content and messaging support broader marketing objectives.
- Keep pace with platform updates, new trends, and industry best practices to maintain campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills and Background
- Hands-on experience with social media marketing and social media optimization.
- Ability to shape content strategy and write clear, engaging copy for different audiences and channels.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration, brand messaging, and community engagement.
- Comfort using analytics tools and performance data to guide decisions.
- Experience handling multiple social platforms and scheduling tools.
- Good organization, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Educational or professional background in marketing, communications, or a related area.
- Prior exposure to digital marketing or lead generation is an advantage.
