About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and enhancement of our social media initiatives across major platforms. This position aims to increase brand recognition, boost engagement, and support wider marketing and corporate objectives through impactful content and data-driven approaches.

The successful candidate will exhibit strong organizational abilities combined with creative insight, possessing thorough knowledge of social media trends, platform-specific best practices, and audience interaction patterns. Collaboration with marketing, design, content, and leadership teams is essential to craft campaigns that amplify our brand message, expand community reach, and achieve quantifiable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Devise and administer an all-encompassing social media plan aligned with brand goals, marketing strategies, and target audience demands.
  • Generate, schedule, and share compelling content across various social channels, maintaining a consistent tone, style, and visual branding.
  • Regularly monitor social media accounts, promptly engage with comments and inquiries, and nurture a positive community atmosphere.
  • Organize and implement social campaigns, promotions, and content schedules to back product introductions, special events, and branding efforts.
  • Analyze and report social media metrics using platform analytics and other tools to spot improvement opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of evolving social media landscapes, including new platforms, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain brand relevance and competitiveness.
  • Work alongside internal teams and external partners to create high-quality content assets such as visuals, videos, copy, and campaign materials.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns when necessary, handling audience targeting, budget control, and optimization.
  • Assist in managing brand reputation by identifying risks, escalating issues appropriately, and preserving a professional presence online.
  • Offer innovative ideas for creative campaigns, audience expansion activities, and methods to heighten engagement and brand visibility.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years managing social media platforms for brands, organizations, agencies, or similar contexts.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling aptitude adaptable to diverse audiences and channels.
  • Strong familiarity with major social networks including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience in developing content calendars, managing posting schedules, and multitasking projects efficiently.
  • Ability to interpret social media analytics and translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency using social media management software, analytics tools, and basic content creation applications.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, organizational proficiency, and capacity to work both independently and within a team dynamic in a fast-paced setting.
  • Professional communicative abilities to aptly represent the brand voice.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with paid social advertising and optimizing campaigns.
  • Basic skills in graphic design or video editing with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Background working with cross-functional teams in marketing or communications.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital campaign planning.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools, influencer relations, or strategies for community growth.
  • Experience within B2B, B2C, nonprofit, or agency environments aligned with organizational requirements.
