It allows users to discover games, personalize their profiles, and connect with fellow gamers. Members share gaming clips, playlists, reviews, and other related content, fostering a collaborative and creative community worldwide.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will play a key role in shaping Conduit Gaming’s public persona. Responsibilities include creating short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Reels, engaging with creators, scheduling brand-focused posts on Instagram, Twitter, BlueSky, and LinkedIn, collaborating with the design team on visual materials, and working closely with product and engineering teams to enhance user engagement with new features.

Compensation and Perks

This is a full-time remote position paying $25 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience in building and defining brands on social media.
Ability to cultivate audience trust and grow follower numbers to thousands.
Strong understanding of social media analytics to optimize content strategy.
Significant viewership success, especially on short-form video platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Video editing expertise using software like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Da Vinci Resolve.
Graphic design proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Formal education or degree in marketing or digital content creation.
Experience with HubSpot or equivalent marketing platforms.
Knowledge of AI-assisted workflows using tools like Claude or similar agents.
