Role Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you will collaborate closely with passionate teammates devoted to viral short-form content and social media innovation. You will manage accounts for market-leading brands in the DACH region, taking ownership of your projects and significantly influencing client account performance. You'll receive top-tier equipment and have a dedicated workspace in their Berlin Mitte office.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft content strategies and produce compelling scripts designed for viral success.
• Coordinate all pre-production activities including briefings, creator management, and shoot days.
• Lead on-site productions to ensure content aligns perfectly with the strategy.
• Review and enhance all videos from the editing team before publication to guarantee performance readiness.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with paid advertising, especially TikTok and Meta Ads, understanding how to script content tailored for performance ads.
• Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns and proficiency with Ads Manager functions.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills with comprehensive, 360-degree oversight.
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities within content production.
• Professional familiarity with TikTok beyond personal use, including prior work experience in social media.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• High self-motivation, strong team orientation, and a responsible nature.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in German, with the ability to clearly present ideas.
