Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Social Media Manager in Tripura, India. The position is responsible for managing the brand’s day-to-day presence across multiple social platforms, from content planning and creation to publishing and performance review. The role supports Elite Vastra’s marketing goals by maintaining a consistent brand voice, improving audience engagement, and building a strong online community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content that matches the brand’s voice and campaign objectives.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate social campaigns across different platforms.
- Improve posts for stronger reach, engagement, and overall visibility.
- Monitor and reply to comments and direct messages to maintain an active community presence.
- Track platform performance, analyze engagement metrics, and prepare regular reports.
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to align social content with broader brand initiatives.
- Use audience insights and trend analysis to recommend content and strategy improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience or capability in social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO).
- Good written communication skills and the ability to craft clear, engaging brand messages.
- Ability to build and execute content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic visual/design storytelling.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle several campaigns at once.
- Preferred academic background in marketing, communications, media, or a similar field, along with prior exposure to social media management or digital marketing.
