Role overview

Aaradhya Group is looking for a creative, goal-oriented Social Media Manager to shape and run the company’s presence across major social platforms. The role focuses on building brand visibility, improving audience engagement, and delivering measurable business impact through both organic and paid social efforts. Strong planning ability, content judgment, and a data-led mindset are important for success in this position.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media plans that support overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the brand’s activity on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and similar channels.
  • Produce, plan, schedule, and share engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and campaign creatives.
  • Set up and manage paid social campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Keep track of comments, messages, and other audience interactions, and respond promptly.
  • Measure performance, interpret analytics, and prepare reports on social media results.
  • Stay current with platform changes, market trends, and social media best practices.
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.

Requirements
