Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to enhance and expand BADAWEAR's digital footprint. This role involves content creation, campaign management, community engagement, and collaboration with the founder to support marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop BADAWEAR’s presence across social media platforms.
• Design engaging content and write captivating copy aligned with the brand’s voice.
• Plan, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor industry and social trends to craft innovative marketing campaigns.
• Interact actively with the community to boost brand engagement.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and identify improvement areas.
• Work closely with the founder on diverse marketing projects.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and understanding of Facebook and Instagram platforms.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing principles.
• Excellent skills in communication and copywriting.
• Creative, self-motivated, and well-organized professional.
