About the Role
This role is tailored for a digital content strategist and social media manager passionate about integrating multiple creative brands within the entertainment industry. You will manage the digital identity of a multi-disciplinary creative professional working across music production, musical theater, and a cult comedy TTRPG podcast. The core goal is to craft a unified brand story that brings together the premium music catalog, theatrical IPs, and comedy podcast to boost audience engagement, visibility, and revenue generation through thoughtful content and platform synergy.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a holistic digital content strategy uniting the music, theater, and podcast brands into one cohesive narrative.
- Transform podcast audio and video content into engaging short-form clips suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Maintain and manage content calendars across all relevant social media platforms, driving audience growth and interaction.
- Create strategic video hooks and campaigns aimed at increasing traffic to Patreon, streaming services, and other monetization opportunities.
- Work closely with the client to maintain consistent branding across all digital channels.
- Analyze platform metrics regularly and refine strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and conversions.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience handling digital content and social media for independent musicians, creative professionals, or podcasters.
- Advanced skills in short-form video editing using software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- In-depth knowledge of entertainment sectors, including sync licensing and the gaming/TTRPG community.
- Ability to develop engaging narratives connecting various creative projects.
- Familiarity with tactics to grow audiences, optimize algorithms, and monetize on digital platforms.
- Strong communication skills paired with effective project management and organization.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously to deliver timely, quality results.
